How Do I Get Pregnant

How do I get pregnant -?

A good friend asks the question?
Why am I having trouble getting pregnant if I have regular periods?

Just because you have regular cycles that will not be a seal that you wont have trouble getting pregnant. Millions of women are seeing their doctors and keep a regular cycle.

So How To Get Pregnant Fast?

For my self when I stopped making these mistakes (that are common with women trying to get pregnant) I became pregnant, in what seemed like a few days!

Stopped trying – no really as soon as I relaxed it all happened.
Stopped talking and lamenting over not having a baby.

Those two things alone and the baby were on the way.

Another question that I am frequently asked -

I have regular periods, eat well and exercise. My husband and I have sex and time it out every month. Why am I having trouble getting pregnant?”

Answer:

If you super trying to get pregnant and it looks like all your ducks are in a row it can be very very irritating especially when you keep getting the wrong color on the stick every month.

But Have you thought about this. How long have you been at it, most couples it will take well into six months of trying, at least 85% will take that and longer. Are you on month #2 and getting frustrated? Some figure those numbers to be more like 12 months. So is your time table right? If your still within that time range take it easy grab some wine, get some new lingerie and let it all happen. About 50% of the people reading this will be surprised.

If you have been trying for well over six months to a year, and you’re still not pregnant, something could be wrong. Having regular menstrual cycles doesn’t mean you’re in the clear. There are many possible reasons for infertility.

Does Age Factor in to length to get pregnant?

You Gals after age 35, and for caballeros after age 40, it can take much longer to get pregnant, lets face it your not a spring bunny any more. Age for women can affect not only the frequency of ovulation, but also the quality. You may be ovulating each month, but the eggs and your hormones could be less than ideal for fertilization. So you should be on a quest to make double sure that your taking great to outlandish care of your self and getting the minerals than you need.

Is you partner fertile?
Women have the egg and they carry the package, but it takes a man to plant the seed Twenty percent of couples that are having trouble discover infertility factors on the man’s side, and another 45% find infertility factors on both sides. Also, when it comes to male infertility there really are no symptoms that are going to give it away. You will have to do a semen analysis.

Female Infertility Problems?
Estimates say that erratic ovulations could be the culprit for 25% to 30% of female infertility problems. It has also be tested and found that the other half of the usually have problems with endometriosis, or structural problems with the fallopian tubes, and some with blocked fallopian tubes. Even if you have regular menstrual cycles (periods) and never show any signs of symptoms of problems, but that doesn’t guarantee fertility.

Underlying Medical Problems?
And who knows how many underlying problems could lead to infertility. For example if the mans testicles get to cold the sperm could die off or become infertile. Does your guy working outside cause the infertility? Diabetes or thyroid problems that have been undiagnosed can also lead to infertility; even a problem with an STD could be reason for the infertility. Although I don’t know how someone could have infertility because of a STD and not know it?

Getting Pregnant Quickly
For 25% to 30% of infertile couples, the reason behind the infertility is never found. Some doctors say this is a lack of good diagnosis, and there is no such thing as “unexplained infertility” — there are only undiscovered or undiagnosed problems. Really though Doctors are wrong all the time and infertility as we know it is really an unexplained science

The fact remains, though, that some infertile couples never find out why they can’t get pregnant on their own.

Where the Rubber Hits the Road

It might appear that you are the pinnacle of health, and infertility could never encroach upon your ability to bear children. You may even have the perfect menstrual cycle and can time it down to the minute. This does not mean that you will conceive in the blink of an eye when you are trying to get pregnant. There are many reasons why some never get pregnant.

Keep in mind – It’s a matter of technique. You were not designed to make it difficult, you were however designed to make it happen natural.
Focus on natural things and 90% of the rest will come naturally.

You and your partner may seem to be in perfect health — and you may have a textbook 28-day menstrual cycle — but that doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed perfect results when trying to get pregnant. The reasons for infertility aren’t always observable to the layperson.

While some couples will have signs and symptoms that hint to fertility problems, many couples won’t know anything is wrong until after they have tried unsuccessfully for a year.
