Natural Body Oil Makes You Feel Good From The Inside Out

Gorgeous glowing skin is not only attractive but it makes a person feel great. No one enjoys having dry or rough skin. In order to eliminate this problem, use a natural body oil to make your skin healthy again. Many people do this, allowing natural oils for the body to be the top selling bath and beauty product.

These special oils are used to improve the health and look of the skin, assist with relaxing massages, and are even known to enhance the mood of an individual. Oils for the body are made from the extracts of many different flowers, fruits, roots, resins, seeds, and leaves.

Organic oils do not contain artificial chemicals like alcohol that can dry out the skin or harm the body. The most popular extracts used are from olives, coconuts, palm leaves, lavender, and tea tree leaves. After the oil is extracted from these plants, it is then distilled by using steam or water. When looking for organic oils, keep in mind that although most are clear, there are some that contain orange extracts, patchouli, or lemongrass that make them a bright yellow color.

Perfumes and fragrance oils are different from natural oils and the two should not be confused. The clear difference is that natural oils come from live plants while fragrance oils and perfumes are artificially made from chemicals. There are three types of natural oils. They are steam-distilled, concrete, and expressed.

Jasmine oil is an example of a concrete oil. These oils are made from the waxy residue found on the petals of flowers. Often you will find oils that are made from citrus fruits. These are expressed oils. Expressed oils are pressed from the rinds of organic citrus fruits that do not contain toxins. The main fruits that are used are oranges, tangerines, lemons, and grapefruit.

Steam-distilled oils are the most common. The manufacturers of steam-distilled oils take certain plants like lavender and place it inside of a cooking chamber where steam is passed through the plant. Once the steam is collected it is then condensed and processed, creating the oil.

Out of all the benefits of essential oils, the greatest is how they improve the skin’s condition by softening and moisturize it. People enjoy the benefit of oils that can be used after spending hours in the sun and help to prolong a glowing tan. It is also expert opinion that oils can help in the prevention of certain skin diseases and irritating skin conditions like eczema. Acne and aging skin can be treated with organic oils for the body.

Massage therapists use them because oil makes rubbing the skin easier and they can ease the pain in joints and muscles. During sensual massages, oils create a romantic atmosphere due to erotic aromas and make intimate moments more comfortable and sensual.

There are some psychological benefits from oils, especially because of aroma and composition of the oils can be mood altering. Rosemary oil is known to make a person feel more alert while jasmine oil is known to provoke confidence. Lavender is a soothing oil and eases restlessness. Many people claim that visiting a relaxing place like a beach or sitting in a quiet room, combined with a relaxing massage is a wonderful way to rid the mind of depressing thoughts.

With the many benefits of body oil, it is evident that they serve a greater purpose than just making the skin softer and healthier. Their aromas and compositions also make a person feel good from the inside out. They are easy to find, but always choose natural and organic oils for the best results.
